What's crazy about all this is that Fed peons - like myself - have had our Bluetooth capabilities disabled from our laptops and phones because of the security risks.

+1. Kamala is laughably incompetent but she is also correct in this case. It's also hugely endearing to see a political following the rules that the rest of us must submit to. |

This all reflects badly on Biden. That he could not make a better choice - all these same types of things and stories being said now about Kamala Harris were said before after her failed campaign. She is the same person with the same problems.
Then after picking her, why aren't they supporting her? You never saw Obama and his staff negging Biden like this and I guarantee you Biden is and was an idiot. They carried Biden's idiot ass for years. They dropped some negative stuff on him when they did not want him to run in 2016. |

Biden is sinking Biden's approval rating. Biden didn't hurt Obama and Biden is a brain dead idiot. It is up to the President to manage it. They could have given her some simple issue, a few photo ops etc. This is part of Biden's overall incompetence. Completely ridiculous to have your VP twisting in the wind like this. Dumb pointless and unnecessary - all unforced errors. |

Let me pile on Biden some more. The biggest independent task Kamala Harris has had so far was the VP debate with Pence. IMO she did pretty good in that debate and beat Pence on points. So in a way she came through in the clutch there.
Then you have Biden assigning her the border issue apparently without even consulting her. Why set her up like that? How hard is it to help her with some feel good issue, some photo ops and trips. Now I disliked Kamala from the jump and if you can't handle the border issue then no reason to think you can handle being President IMO. But why set up your own VP - what is gained by that? The VP is a reflection on the President. |

VP in Democratic administrations has a history of being a pretty weak role. I feel like Republican VPs are a lot more visible and their own center of power (excluding Dan Quayle). |

The whole mess is a reflection of the deep problems within the Democratic Party. Given the apoplexy about Trump, that the party never did any serious soul searching is really weird. The truth is that the Democrats are just a bunch of feckless, short-sighted grifters. And the worse you think the Republicans are, the more important it is you see the Democrats are a disaster. |

Biden basically presented her as almost a co-president so why wouldn’t he give her an important, challenging issue? She seems more motivated by filming NASA promos with child actors then the hard work she’s been assigned. |
