Harris was only ever picked because Biden needed to fill a quota box. This is what happens when you pick on equity rather than merit grounds. The last place candidate in the primaries ends up on the VP ticket... right.

Some of you seem to have forgotten that she did quite well on her own bid for the Presidency along with the rest of her political career. You act as though she was beamed down out of nowhere from an alien mothership.
