This post could go either here or in the border crisis thread.....
I chose to put it here because it shows why she is getting such bad press. Because - she is doing a bad job. Texas Democratic Rep. Henry Cuellar says he has MOVED ON from trying to get Kamala Harris' help on the border because she 'doesn't seem interested' and hasn't returned his calls

We have a previous time when both the president and VP were ousted in the 70s with Nixon/Agnew. First they got rid of Agnew and replaced him with Ford. Then they got rid of Nixon with Watergate to get President Ford.

Contemplate how much people dislike Clinton to have allowed trump to be elected. She’s an utterly delusional swamp creature who just needs to go away. |
Hmmmm Sullivan, her go to man, is in there as well. Could this have legs? On the other hand, when has Jack been right about anything? |
But but but Clinton won the popular vote. |

I think the 'angle' has to do with 2024. The party jefes are trying to make it clear to Kamala it ain't her. |
"Facts"? It's BS. Quayle was mocked relentlessly from the get-go. Which anyone even remotely honest would admit. Quayle was immediately consumed by a controversy over his Vietnam War-era National Guard service, among other tempests, and was kneecapped in the one vice presidential debate, where Lloyd Bentsen devastatingly gibed, " You're no Jack Kennedy." By the time he took office, Quayle's image as an intellectual lightweight and serial bumbler was sealed. He took on the fictional Murphy Brown and her decision to have a baby out of wedlock, then made a mash of the word "potato." (Working off an erroneous flash card, he added an extraneous "e" during a stop at a New Jersey elementary school.) That only reinforced the worst many believed about Bush's understudy. https://www.theday.com/article/20211208/OP04/211209528 |
