Puty is running out of options that allow his own survival.

Two cataclysmic options left to him are:

- another false-flag, this time involving chemical weapons and trying to blame it on the Ukrainians, or

- attack Poland directly.

Why does attacking Poland help him survive? Why doesn't he just blame all this on someone else and then withdraw?

You have not been paying attention to history. The US and Russia(and the Soviet Union) have had a long history of supplying/aiding the others each other’s opponents(Korea, China, Vietnam, Cuba Missile crises, etc). At times both side shave threaten the use of nuclear weapons but each know to will be the end.

Why have we not shipped anti ship missiles? If the Ukrainians got these and started to take out Russian shipping it would stop them cold. Also would let the Chinese get a feel for the cost of taking Taiwan.

At this point do you think there are a lot of other options left? Invitation to G20? Russia’s reintegration to G7? Talks about visa free regime with the EU? Re-activation of free trade agreements?

Signs are not looking good. If I'm Poland, I'm activating every reservist, getting arms and artillery in place, fortifying the Suwalki Gap

Polish private citizens began training for war against Russia years ago; this video is 6 years old:

Can you imagine how well-trained and well-armed the Polish civilian population is today?

In case you did not know, the Poles really hate the Russians.

Poland expected to expel 45 Russian diplomats as spies. Looks like the spies are burning evidence.
