So far we have some facts:

*Charlie Kirk was hated by people on left and right

*Robinson grew up in a a deeply conservative family, in a deeply conservative area, with knowledge and access to guns from a very young age

*Robinson attended a very conservative college for a year and then dropped out and moved back to home town

*Robinson spent most of his time gaming and interacting with a world that is heavily influenced by the alt-right

These are the facts that stand out to me. Even if his romantic partner is trans, even if he hated Charlie Kirk for anti-trans comments, the above facts are formative parts of this story.

The bolded is a feature, not a bug of the alt right. The furries and what not. People need to understand this to understand the world the shooter was living in.

I came back to this thread to see if posters here were still insisting the shooter was absolutely a hard right extremist when the evidence all seems to be piling up on the other side of that narrative. You really have to want this to be the answer to continue unequivocally pushing it. Anyone without an agenda would at least be saying the picture is unclear at this point. Your credibility is fading.

Statistically, there is very little chance this guy was on the left. Left wing political violence is more likely to be property crime. Right wing political violence is more likely to involve guns and murder.

But just like they want us to believe the statistically improbable outcome of sweeping the battleground states, they want us to believe this because it serves their agenda.

Except for the hole setting occupied buildings on fire part. Oh, and shooting counter protesters in the head. And stabbing other protesters. But, yeah, they are peaceful otherwise.

LOL, you are citing events where actual right wingers were charged with those crimes. Look it up. The whole "the left riots and loots" were right wingers using peaceful protests to push the violence. BoogalooBois in LA killed police. White supremecists set the fires and started the looting in Minneapolis. but go on with your propaganst narrative. Look up the actual arrest records of those events.

Nope. The claim that it was false flags is 100% Bogus.

Really?

https://www.theguardian.com/world/2020/oct/23/texas-boogaloo-boi-minneapolis-police-building-george-floyd

A member of the Boogaloo Bois, a right-wing group intent on capitalizing on chaos and starting the next American civil war, has also been charged with assisting in the damage to the precinct that night. Ivan Harrison Hunter, a 26-year-old from Boerne, Texas, is accused of shooting 13 rounds from an AK-47-style rifle into the precinct while people were inside the building.

Hunter bragged on Facebook that “I helped the community burn down that police station” and “I didn’t’ (sic) protest peacefully,” according to the charges.

https://www.latimes.com/california/story/2020-06-17/far-right-boogaloo-boys-linked-to-killing-of-california-lawmen-other-violence
Steven Carrillo, an adherent of the extremist "boogaloo" movement, was responsible for murdering a federal security officer in Oakland and a Santa Cruz County sheriff's deputy in 2020. Carrillo and his accomplice used the George Floyd protests in Northern California as cover for their violence against law enforcement

https://abcnews.go.com/US/man-helped-ignite-george-floyd-riots-identified-white/story?id=72051536
Investigators said the suspect is associated with the Aryan Cowboys, which the warrant describes as a "known prison gang out of Minnesota and Kentucky." The Anti-Defamation League lists the Aryan Cowboys as a white supremacist prison and street gang, although the group's Facebook page claims it doesn't care "about a person's color."

He's being seen by psychiatrist Wolly Jest to make sure he gets the best treatment and nothing happens to him before we get a clear and rational explanation.

Rational is subjective. To Trump and the right, the only rational explanation is it was carried lut by the left. They just can't deal with the possibility that it was their own who killed Kirk.

Gov Cox (not exactly Mr MAGA) who is leading the investigation said the killer was indoctrinated online by leftist ideology on every Sunday show. How was he one of their own?

I just read an article that investigators are pointing to gaming and the dark internet subculture as the source of that indoctrination. Even Cox recently made that reference. It doesn’t seem unlikely that they misunderstood the nature of the radicalization early on by thinking in conventional terms (investigators probably understood). Hopefully the poster who was celebrating yesterday about wasting “350 pages” on the topic sticks around.

The governor cited Reddit as an example of the deep, dark internet. He has no idea what he’s talking about.

I get where you're coming from, but if you go full circle, Reddit is like a lounge for the freaks that live online. It isn't where they discuss assassination plots, but it is most definitely where they go to circle jerk and echo chamber. Spend any time on the DC sub and you'll quickly see you aren't one of the cool kids unless you drink the kool aid of bike lanes, mass transit, all things gay and black and on and on with all the predictables.

LOL, equating a more positive and sustainable urban built environment with the dark corners of reddit and discord.

Way to miss the point.

Nah, not missing the point. You are willfully trying to equate Nick Fuentes with "leftist" urban aims.

Way to miss the point again. If you think Tyler didn't have an active Reddit account, you are the moron, not Cox.

DP. What does that have to do with anything?

Try and keep up. Someone upstream mocked Cox's reference to Reddit. I was explaining how Reddit may not be the 'dark, deep' internet, but it most certainly is a place frequented by those that do use the deep dark internet.

That was me, the one who mocked Cox’s reference to Reddit, and I think your point is silly. People who use the “deep dark internet” also frequent the bathroom and the grocery store. Cox just sounds out of touch, like he really has no idea what goes on online.

Which is how/why his words are being construed by the right as a leftist plot, when the reality is much more complicated and gets into concepts that are not anywhere close to the mainstream lexicon.

No they wouldn’t have. There’s people like that everywhere, literally everywhere, in every small town in the US. They find community online and get radicalized that way. Now I’m not saying the shooter was textbook far left - it seems just as likely he was pretty much apolitical and was radicalized into violence by gamer meme internet culture, where he seemed to spend most of his time. But to say oh there’s no one like that in a small town in Utah or wherever is patently false.

I do not believe this. He was a bright person, who probably was recruited by the CIA or NSA his freshman year of college.

LOL. The CIA and NSA do not recruit from fourth-tier regional universities.

They also don’t want Charlie Kirk dead, of all freaking people. Cmon man!

DP: Furries are neither left nor right. They're nihilists.

They’re weirdos who need mental healthcare to discuss their unresolved Daddy issues, like a lot of people in this thread.

Seems to me that they are just doing their own thing, not hurting anyone, unlike the far right extremists that are billionaire funded to make public policy through religious and intellectual terrorism.

Besides, we already know that maga is the number one consumer of weird porn, so don’t draw attention to yourself.

Is there even room for Mormons in a Christian Nationalist America, or do they get persecuted too?
I guess so, but only in the after life. Are these the people that have multiple wives doing God’s MSM work? They marry off their young daughters, right? To Mormon men or their uncles or something. Or is that some other cult? EK said people should join a church, “a BIBLE believing church.” I think there’s a Mormon Bible or coloring book. Wasn’t there a Mormon Broadway show? House of Normans or Molestors, yeh that’s the one. I’m being extremely facetious, sort of.

+1000
10% of the US population use Reddit regularly. It’s one of the most popular social media websites. A lot of the takes I’ve been seeing from people here sound like old (wo)man shakes fist at cloud meme. Literally the culture is leaving them behind and they’re allowing themselves to become out of touch. As they age and less of the population relates to them it’s going to get worse. That’s not new but with internet culture it’s moving at light speed.

They may not necessarily, but certainly Zionist billionaires that funded Charlie were upset enough by his recent anti-Israel comments, to want him gone.

The relatives are on record now saying the partner hated Christians and conservatives, and that Tyler also had those beliefs now. When are you all going to stop denying facts?

Ahh sure, anonymous, unnamed "relatives" and we have no way of independently verifying any of this.

Grandma stated early on that the family was Maga. Grandmas never wrong.
