However, they were reportedly told they needed to spend more time thinking it through.

The newspaper claims courtiers blocked the meeting, but the Queen made it clear that he shouldn't publicly announce the plans for now.

They snubbed the Queen. The Sussex Royal new website has obviously been in the works secretly for the past few months waiting for launch. The fact that they blindsided the Queen, Prince Charles and their loyal aides is what is really pissing off the Brits and royal watchers around the globe.

Misinformation. Diana and her attornies offered to give up HRH status in exchange for bigger cash settlement. Not Prince Charles not the Queen’s fault.
