Great analogy for an owner who insists on getting his hands dirty and is clueless about what he's getting into. Over and over again. We'll see if this is a similar case shortly, and over the nnext several years. |

Exactly, the rumors about the possibility of DA going away have essentially been confirmed by Spirit regarding the audit of the youth soccer side. The audit was not conveyed with the optimistic tone of: "we are committed to our youth soccer side and are currently in the process of reviewing our Academies, partnerships and affiliations to improve our program both in the near term and the long term." The above is much different than the following message to the families: "we are currently conducting an audit of our youth soccer programs and will announce the results in the first week of February. |
Which if you've been involved with the Spirit for the last year, is their MO in a nutshell. It's always been difficult to get information out of them on anything. Mostly due to lack of organization. |

Hahahahahahahaha
They are adding resources and doubling down on the commitment to the DA teams, VA and MD. Sessions to be announced. What a waste of time the thread and FCV dad are. Another 46 pages of garbage on this forum. |
| What a load of garbage people have been perpetuating for nothing!! Spirit is back in business!! |
Is there news? |
| Spirit is totally committed to the DA programs. Not surprising since the pro players themselves are committed to promoting youth soccer and a pathway for players. We have been very happy at Spirit, despite their record, because they are really working to develop the girls. So happy they will continue! |
| WS VA and MD ID sessions will be announced shortly. WS is committed to both programs for the long term. |

| I heard the VA ID sessions are for FCV and BRYC girls to come take over the roster spots. |
Ha. If we are to believe the previous 46 pages of this thread, why would any of those goddesses want to leave the amazing situations they have at FCV and BRYC? |
