| Fact a judge with all of the actual facts did NOT rule in her favor. |
Fact: We don't have access to her medical records (nor should we). We know she had an extremely erratic and public meltdown more than a decade ago that came on the heels of two pregnancies, a divorce, and a level of scrutiny from the paparazzi and world that you or I could not pretend to understand. And we know she checked into a mental health facility a couple of years ago at her family's demand. We know that she was not given meaningful custody of her children and has been unable to get that for any point in their lives. What else do we REALLY know? Fact: Your firsthand experience does not mean that Britney Spears suffers from the same mental illness or the same severity as your loved one Fact: She has so much money, and so many people profiting off of her conservatorship, that there should be, regardless of her medical condition, rigorous and regular review of the terms to ensure no one is taking advantage of her as her bank account makes her uniquely susceptible to bad actors. Fact: Since the conservatorship was installed she has released three albums, done a four year long Vegas show and two substantial promotional tours. She has made tens of millions of dollars since being told she was unable to make any decisions for herself. |
The most recent ruling doesn't really mean much, there is a big hearing on July 14th. |
There are so many dubious things that can be justified as "business expenses" aside from the salary that Jamie Spears is drawing - how closely is someone really scrutinizing all of this? |

Guys…thx fact that she lost custody of her kids says it all.
The rich celebrity doesn’t lose custody to a no-name, no-job guy. The court knows her medical history and determined she isn’t equipped to parent. Even the crumbiest parents have more access than she does. And, remember: she doesn’t want her medical history or records made public. She knows that would turn public opinion against her. It’s very likely she endangered her kids in such a way that no reasonable court would risk giving her more access. It likely wasn’t a temporary Brad Pitt drunken episode; it’s likely far worse. |
Lady, this is like half the people I went to high school with and none of them are under conservatorships. |
Oh look, the Florida trash has found DCUM. |
|
Allegedly she lost her kids from joint custody for driving them without a license, failure to produce a license and failure to show up for a drug test- not that she failed a drug test. Kevin Federline has a lot gain by having custody. He saw Brittney as a meal ticket. How many wives on DCUM leave their DH and restrict custody for more money? I mean, there is a poster who leaves her baby home alone in the crib to drive to get her DC from preschool- I’m sure if she was worth millions someone would be calling the cops.
Don’t forget Jamie has not had contact with Brittney due to a restraining order against him due to an altercation with her son. I think Brittney may have coping issues, some mental illness, but that’s a lot of people these days. I think she is carefully handled to be restricted, bring in money and be portrayed to the public as a danger. |

Britney has 30 percent of custody of her children.
In March 2020, Jayden shared private details about the family on an Instagram Live - revealing that Britney apparently might quit music while lashing out at his granddad Jamie. Why did Britney Spears lose custody of her kids? The star previously lost custody of the two boys in 2007 after a breakdown which saw the distressed star shave her own head before attacking a photographer's car with an umbrella. A judge granted full custody to Federline, much to Britney's distress. In 2008, Britney was then arrested after locking herself in a bathroom with Jayden, who was one-year-old at the time. The drama ended with Britney being stretchered away from her home in an ambulance after a four-hour standoff. |
Exactly. How do you have any of this information? From watching her in concert and reading People? |
Maybe they should be. |
Do you know her? You must since you are insisting she doesn't need a conservatorship. |
So you'd rather them be out on the streets harming themselves and others. Making children they will neglect tand abuse |
Many of her fans are dealing with their own likely untreated illness you can see it in their inability to apply clear reason and logic to the situation. |

Article about the conservatorship of Britney by Ronan Farrow and Jia Tolentino. So incredibly disturbing and sad.
