If you suffered from bipolar disorder or had a loved one who did, you would realize that even scant amounts of stimulants can throw the person out of whack.

She’s super tiny like my sister was. I can imagine the effect of any caffeine.

And, yes, Britney loved Mountain Dew and was frequently photographed with it. That was likely her go to when she couldn’t access other pills.

It might have been Coke. It might have been Mountain Dew. It doesn’t really matter. Both have caffeine. Lots of people say coke when they mean soda. Like xerox or Kleenex. Again: doesn’t matter. Bottom line is caffeine is a stimulant, and bipolars should avoid it. Instead, they tend to use it when they need a fix.

You can base your ridiculous opinion on something Iggy said. My opinion is based on nearly 4 decades of struggling to support my bipolar sibling and what I learned from related support groups for others doing the same.
