Defense lawyer for shooter completely reframed the events and did a good job for his client. Right up till he asked the jurors to reach a hand to pull his client out of trouble.

Defense lawyer for father was as described in PP’s.

Defense lawyer for driver of second truck tried reinterpreting/reframing evidence and shifting blame to other shooters. Multiple long, deep sighs as if he was boring even himself.

The decedent was no angel and may have been up to mischief. But chasing him down and blasting him when he tried to escape wasn’t the right thing to do.

Best guess is a conviction, although the father’s direct involvement seemed fairly minimal and the judge did give lesser included instructions for the second driver.

lol
The decedent ran across the front of the truck to punch and get control of the gun. He wasn't shot trying to escape, nor was it ever their intent to shoot him. They tried to ask him why he was in the neighbors house when he attacked.

They chased him and trapped him illegally. He was chased for blocks. They had multiple cars that eventually blocked his way out. He couldn’t go the other way because a truck blocked him.

They hunted him, called him a ni**er and murdered him.

They never followed the other 15 people that are on camera walking through the house.

They were racists that killed because of race.

Did the other people keep coming back over and over? Did they run out of the house when spotted?

He could have told them what he was doing, and waited for the cops. However, he was on probation and knew he'd get in trouble for the trespassing. Probably jail time since he was on probation, and likely why he did what he did.

Why did he have to tell three random people who he was and what he as doing?

Because he was black, they are white, they are armed, and, most importantly, they are in Georgia.

Or just maybe he kept going into someone else's home. A frame home, not a construction site.

When you're trespassing into someone's home, and the neighbors want to know why it's pretty valid. Instead after being spotted he ran back inside the house, then made a run for it. He was there 4 times and at night. Doubt he was a night jogger. On one of the nights he was there a gun was stolen out of the defendants car. A police report was made. He was scoping out the home, and in court Travis said he took the gun fearing Arbery might be armed. And as it turns out he was a thief and on probation.

You have no right to police a strangers house and the owner said they needed to MYOB.

Two white makes stole wood from the house. Not Amaude. White males.

There were tools in the house worth money but he didn’t take them. The white makes stole not Amaude.

They had no reason to hunt him, they are racist murderers.

Yes they did and called 911. Whereby A.A. ran probably figuring the cops were coming.

Profiling is illegal… they did it and you are doing it.

No reasonable suspicion, no probable cause.

Just 3 racists, making assumptions about an unarmed black guy in sweat shorts and a T-shirt jogging around the neighborhood.

It’s clear from their 911 call and interviews.

They saw him running. The defendants did not see him in the house under construction that day, per their statements and testimony.

Did you follow the trial at all?

I’m amazed that the people in that community called 911 like it was 411. So scared of basically nothing. I’d love to drop them in a really scary neighborhood and see how long they last! Second I can’t believe the jury isn’t back yet. I don’t even know what there is to discuss - they hunted and killed this man. Does anyone know if there will ever be any consequences for the police who did nothing for this you g man as he lay dying on the street? Beyond failure to render aid, they didn’t even have the decency to go to his side and provide comfort until the ambulance arrived.

Finally the stuff the lawyers said in that courtroom about the black pastors and the statement about Arbrey’s toenails!? I mean they are so racist they don’t even know they are racist and don’t even try to hide it!

In case some of you haven't heard the blatantly racist comments of the defense attorney, here's what he said:

We don't want any more Black pastors coming in here," Gough said in court, a day after Sharpton sat in the public gallery with Arbery's mother.

That same day, he questioned what would happen "if a bunch of folks came in here dressed like Colonel Sanders with white masks sitting in the back" — apparently equating African American civil rights and faith leaders to the KKK. The judge admonished the remark Monday as "reprehensible."

He only did that for a reaction, so he could cry jury intimidation and ask for a mistrial… again. The prosecutor called him out on it. He knows he’s on TV and was trying to make the most of it.

I've never before seen such a blatant appeal to the basest instincts of an almost all-white jury. It's outrageous and deliberate and confirms that, among other biases, racism is alive and well.

She’s an a$$hole.

I think it is pretty obvious that she is pointing out he wasn't out there jogging for his health. Not very polite rhetoric and it won't change a thing in the case but that's her point.

The bigger problem is the family having racist divisive figures like Sharpton and Jackson. Obviously to intimidate the jury which might backfire.
At this point I think it's been well established why he kept going back to that construction site. The neighbors had valid reason to pursue (though not wise), and ask why he kept going into their neighbors home. Obviously the one didn't expect to be attacked, nor his gun taken.

The problem is he was wearing jogging shorts but she used alt-right imagery that he had “khakis” on, which is a lie.

I heard the testimony that he was wearing khaki cargo shorts....not jogging attire. Where I you hearing he was wearing jogging shorts?

I don't know if they are relevant to the actions directly before his death, but I think his attire was used to suggest that he wasn't just out jogging for exercise.
