Casey?

Hahahaha. This is the ultimate in bad polling. Casey is a native born son of PA and is popular in the state. McCormick may have been born in PA, but he hasn't lived there for the majority of his life nor in the last 2-3 decades. He has spent more of his life in CT than in PA and he doesn't remember much about PA. He confuses Pittsburgh and Philadelphia, their sports teams, doesn't remember much about the culture.

Pennsylvanians don't like outsider carpetbaggers. Look what happened to New Jersey Mehmet Oz in 2022, even WITH Donald Trump's support. He still lose to Fetterman who isn't nearly as popular as Bob Casey has been the last 17 years.

This is the ultimate in biased and tilted polling and not close to the truth.

That didn’t stop JD Bance from winning Ohio. JD had not lived in Ohio in his entire adult life, but he beat out a lifelong Ohioan for that senate seat.

That was an open seat. It’s hard to beat an incumbent Senator.

Not only that, but despite their proximity and similarities, Ohio is still majority Republican. Pennsylvania is majority Democratic. Ohio cities don't trend nearly as liberal as Pennsylvania cities. About 75-80% of the state of Pennsylvania is the cities. In Ohio, the cities are only about 50-60% of the state population. The rural voice in Ohio is much stronger than the rural voice in Pennsylvania.

Very different states politically.

I’m surprised that it is not tighter. All I see are Hogan ads.

I have literally never seen Hogan campaigning in person. Not once. The retail politics, particularly by chipping away in the two metro areas, would be important, but I think he prefers to hang out in the eastern shore with his real estate cronies.

It’s the same dumb ad about the tax issue. He’s said nothing about what he’s going to accomplish.

There is no sight so invisible to the law as a Republican with money breaking it.

So Republicans are so incensed that Walz mistakenly claimed was retired as an E9, when he served as an E9, but retired as an E8 because he failed to complete training that was required for the higher rank.

But they are perfectly fine with someone who voluntarily resigned, then claims he was medically discharged. He also accidentally shot himself in Alaska, asked a park ranger for assistance and documented that he accidentally shot himself, but then went on the campaign trail and claimed that he was wounded while serving in Afghanistan. When called out about it, he then lied again by saying he lied to the park ranger. Talk about stolen valor. He's lied multiple times about his service including lying about being wounded in service but that's okay.

It gets better. The park ranger spoke with news sources on condition of anonymity. But after the story hit the stands, the Republicans dug out his identify and then doxxed him so that he was harassed by other Republicans. All because their candidate LIED.

Such fine people.

Lying carpetbagger. At least Tester is a genuine Montanan who grew up humble and through hard work.
