Fine. Put that in a separate bill. Not a bill with all the other crap.

A separate bill will need 60 votes; this one doesn’t.

This one won't get 50 votes.
A bill that limits the cost of insulin is more likely to get 60 votes than this one getting 50 votes.

Tell me..... how can a portion of a bill requiring a simple majority (the insulin part) then require 60 votes when it only requires a majority in the current bill?
Maybe this tells you that this ridiculous BBB bill should not pass with a simple majority.
This bill should NEVER fall under reconciliation.

If Republicans were willing to do their jobs and actually govern, rather than be Twitter trolls - side eye Ted Cruz, then sure break up the bill and bring them all separate. I’m a Democrat and I would absolutely love that. But the reality is Republicans have not wanted to govern for 20 years if not longer. And it’s not that they want to “shrink government,” they want to be obstructionist for ANY policy other than cut tax for billionaires and wealthy corporations. And why not cut taxes? I mean it’s not like we need the Public Good. Healthcare? No! go ahead and die. Masks are tyranny! Schools? Oh no! We should all homeschool like little Maddy Cawthorne with Christo-fascist Brave Heart curriculum. GOP couldn’t even get an infrastructure bill passed.

They block government and any ability for serious people to govern and then scream “no fair no fair” when Democrats do things on their own.

You’re not very smart and clearly do not understand reconciliation. Reconciliation is only allowed in spending bills once per year and it is not subject to the filibuster. A stand alone insulin bill would be subject to the 60 vote filibuster because it’s not a reconciliation bill. By nature, reconciliation spending bills are omnibus.

I always think it's funny when Democrats say Republicans don't want to govern just because they won't agree to the Democrats' policies.

So this is something you acknowledge will result in a greater good for millions; what else do you suppose is in the bill that that will improve life for millions?
