A bill that limits the cost of insulin is more likely to get 60 votes than this one getting 50 votes. Tell me..... how can a portion of a bill requiring a simple majority (the insulin part) then require 60 votes when it only requires a majority in the current bill? Maybe this tells you that this ridiculous BBB bill should not pass with a simple majority. This bill should NEVER fall under reconciliation. [/quote]
