You saw a video. What about the people who live in the neighborhood, who were interviewed? And who are speaking up? Why do you think that you can get everything you need to know from a video, which is a snippet of what happened? Do you know about the previous interactions residents have had with these teens?

He said leave, she left. She made a smart ass remark(not illegal and not stopping her from continuing to leave) and he grabbed her. Neighborhood people who were not physically at the pool are less reliable than videos documenting what actually happened. The residents' previous interactions with teenagers are irrelevant to the situation, given that the person who overreacted violently to this situation was not a resident but a sworn officer of the law.

Er, the FOP has not come in to defend this officer's actions. That speaks volumes. Police chief said that the officer was ramped up before he arrived on the scene. It's apparent that the other 11 or 12 officers at the scene did not approve and back this officer's actions, that's why he resigned in lieu of termination.

Correct, the mom and girl had a party IN ADDITION, somebody advertised a flash party in the same general location, not sure if it was for outside the pool in the neighborhood and kids started "crashing" the pool party or if the party was to be in the pool area.

Nobody is justifying what the police officer did, what he did was wrong, he should be counseled, but he quit so that is a moot point.

When you get arrested, black/white/orange/green you are usually thrown to the ground, i personally was thrown against a car, but it is usually the ground.

Lots of people scream all kinds of shit when they get arrested.

Yes the other officers obviously were having a better day, nobody disputes that. (I guess 2 suicide calls got to "Corporal Bitch Ass"... wonder how the parents of the suicide victims perceive "Corporal Bitch Ass")
