A flash party is a party that is posted on social media and kids show up for a party in a random public (and sometimes not public) place.

There was a party planned by 2 girls (sisters, their mom was there) and a flash party as well. It is clear from new reports what went on, you should educate yourself then come back and comment.[/quote]
