Do you know VRSC parents? VRSC parents chuckle at people that think $4K is a lot of money. That’s a couple of nights out with friends at DC Prime.

And the rest of us chuckle at VRSC parents that think DC Prime and VRSC is a apples to apples comparison in terms of quality 😂. If you like nice things why would you settle for Texas Roadhouse quality soccer? 😂😂😂

I fixed it for you. "Sizzler quality soccer."

They "settle" for it because water finds its level.

No, it will be mostly existing D1 and former D1 that he coached at FCV if they don’t make the VDA USL team. CC has over 100 players that have or are currently playing in D1. #NoRoomFor09s

Boys side: same issues... favorites get playing time. Mom flirting with coaches to ensure ds gets playing time. Yea, same issues

Dope. The boys teams are playing rec+ soccer and continually get beat by the GA teams at same age groups in scrimmages.

Girls teams are doing national competition, so forgive them if they’re a bit more serious for their money.

You crap on the boys teams and say the girls are doing National competition? What exactly is the top ranked girls team nationally here. Certainly not in the top 150. Look it up and respond, if you don’t I will. You are not competing nationally if you are not expected to win again the 100th ranked team in the nation, you are just going to nationals because you entered GA earlier than most clubs and qualified by default. How on earth can you say you are competing Nationally- give me a break. How about you support our boys teams and get off your high horse- which is built off 250th place rankings. Again, the girls teams are the issue at this club, get a grip. Support all the teams, hope they improve, and be a good club member.

2009 GA team is inside top 100 (currently #81) and 2013 GA team is inside top 150 (currently #133) in Rankings app. I personally don't think that's anything to write home about, but you asked for a response.

Interesting the number of clubs introducing USL-W teams. You have NVA and Loudoun joining the Mid-Atlantic division and then VDA joining the Chesapeake Division. Mid-Atlantic has teams from Central PA to Maryland while Chesapeake has teams in Richmond, Annapolis, VA Beach and Charlotteville.

Getting rostered for games as a 2009 may be tough, but there are probably training opportunities. Who knows though with D1 programs bringing players back earlier in the summer back on to campus or even players not being back yet for early season games. Possibility to see some HS age players on the teams.

Should be a fun summer.

So, it looks like GD is bringing in a bunch of GFR players. The 09‘s practice had several at them the last couple of nights.
