Haha, fake news

The coaches rotate out every time the parents complain about how bad their existing one is. It’s particularly bad for the girls top teams.

This is what you get when you chase badges. You're more concerned with badges that you only care about being on the top team and not about who is coaching. Do more research on coaches before you sign. If you did your research you could have saved yourself the trouble.

This is the truth and one of several reasons VRSC will continue to fall short in their effort to become a serious club. Parents don't pick coaches at serious clubs, but they do at VRSC. Parents wanted MJ out, and CC did their bidding. Appalling, but sadly not shocking at this club.

I don’t see the problem here…he wasn’t a good coach.

All the best coaches my kids have had were well-liked by the vast majority of parents. If most of the parents on a team complain about the coach, he's doing a lot wrong.

You defend it like you are on the payroll. "Axe to grind" is your catchphrase used against anyone saying anything negative about it.

Tell us, if you "don't have any affiliation with VRSC" why are you so invested in belittling anyone saying anything negative? I highly doubt it is because you are altruistic and have a sense of fair play because the way you respond does not show you to be that type of person.

Huh?

Goodness I’d hate to be a washed up Brit in my late 50s early 60s with busted knees and incapable of coherent communication that left FCV to be Niko’s puppy only to have another German from FCV fire me again lmao - I guess that’s what happens when you use company resources and time to chat online masquerading as ‘podcast’ while also trying to get BBC to run an ‘interview’ during coaching evening hours to relieve your glory days in a 3rd tier English club

VRSC parent on the boy side here. I've been watching all these threads and the girls parents are the problem here at VRSC. Focus on soccer...stop creating so much drama. It's embarrassing to the club.

Dope. The boys teams are playing rec+ soccer and continually get beat by the GA teams at same age groups in scrimmages.

Girls teams are doing national competition, so forgive them if they’re a bit more serious for their money.

And this my friends is why this club is a joke…

Jokes on you buddy. This thread serves as pure entertainment for most. The vast majority of VRSC parents either are happy, don’t look at DCUM or just don’t care.

If you are or others don’t like VRSC, take your drama elsewhere. Nobody is forcing you. In fact, they probably welcome it. I just feel bad for the parents that would have to deal with you where ever you end up.

The boys can’t compete with any of the top teams in the area. Their first teams are equivalent to anyone else’s second team locally. Coaching and player pool very average so makes it tough to compete with the top and well established clubs

You have To dislike yourself very much if you’re paying $4,000 to VRSC before other expenses for your child to “play” soccer. Foreigners laughing at us BIG time.

Do you know VRSC parents? VRSC parents chuckle at people that think $4K is a lot of money. That’s a couple of nights out with friends at DC Prime.

$4k is a bargain for 10 months of a kids activity. 400 per month? That’s half my car payment and a rounding error on my mortgage. They could charge $6k and I would still pay.
