We are pretty sure a number of people have. Viruses like this present with a spectrum of severity. There likely have been many mild cases in China that people recovered from, thinking they were just the common cold. They were not tested so we do not know for sure.

I have not seen anything on survival rate once it progresses to pneumonia, the point at which most people would likely first contact their doctor. It's too early to tell.

Pretty sure is not the same as solid data. It is weird that nobody is posting any numbers of people who got well,
one would think it would be something to brag about right?

I think that they think they did. If you look at the pictures and video many show passengers being tested with infrared thermometer
point and click type. It is only today that they announced that a person can infect others before the symptoms are present
so one could assume that until that data came out, they did not know that people are carriers prior to symptoms.
Therefore, they did what they think was enough, just monitor for visible symptoms including temp.

So the game rules changed in real time.

I would trust it until it actually showed up on my doorstep. This happens on Amazon fairly frequently-- You order, then it doesn't ship, then you get a notice and a refund.
