I read somewhere that it was closer to 1000.

Still just seeing 300 confirmed.

. But this is highly contagious

We don't know yet how contagious. We do have confirmation that it is moving human-to-human, but is it airborne or something like that? Just don't know yet.

It's very contagious. It tripled numbers in one weekend.

OR maybe it's Captain Tripps!

I’m not a prepper, both both those novels terrified me.

Until it affects me, I don’t care. I’m not going to do anything different except be that much more neurotic about washing my hands when I get home from public places.

But being much more neurotic as a result is an effect on you, no?

The man who came here was not symptomatic until days after he arrived. That's a positive. He also lives alone and took himself to the hospital quickly.

The bad part is that he changed planes somewhere in the US and took public transportation to get to his house from SEATAC. So it really depends on when the virus is contagious.

The good news is that we have a President who will slam doors, unlike with Obama/Ebola.

We also have better medical care than China. Look how fast we contained Ebola

The Ebola panic was the zeitgeist. It wasn't rational or warranted, as we see in hindsight m. Obama handled it properly.

What does this have to do with Trump?
