Also the “hate mail” Jussie or one his accomplices mailed with “MAGA” in the left hand corner will be charged federally as a crime.

The media has left that funny little detail out.

Corey Booker, when asked to comment on the most recent revelations, said, "Well, all the information is still coming out and I am going to withhold until all the information actually comes out from on the record sources." Gee. Wouldn't it have been nice if he had used as much restraint at the beginning instead of calling this a "modern day lynching?"

Just a quick reminder that this hate crime actually happened in Chicago just two years ago:

Chicago investigators are questioning four African-Americans after a Facebook Live video shows a group of people torturing a white mentally disabled man while someone yelled "F*** Trump!" and "F*** white people!"
Chicago police were made aware of the video Tuesday afternoon. A young African American woman streamed the video live on Facebook showing at least four people holding the young white man hostage.

"The video is reprehensible," said police spokesman Anthony Guglielmi.

"It's sickening. You know it makes you wonder what would make individuals treat somebody like that," Police Supt. Eddie Johnson added.

Throughout the video, the victim is repeatedly kicked and hit, his scalp is cut, all while he is tied up with his mouth taped shut.

At one point, the victim is held at knife point and told to curse President-elect Donald Trump. The group also forces the victim to drink water from a toilet.

Yes. The obvious problems with the story were obvious from the beginning. But some people just wanted so badly to believe it

And the press reported it as the gospel truth without once pointing out the inconsistencies in the story. It’s a great case study of everything that is wrong with the corrupt media.

Yes. I definitely saw headlines and tweets from the MSM that reported on the attack as if it were fact. Many major news sources didn’t bother to preface “attack” with “alleged.” And then there were all the op eds about how the attack shows how much Trump voters hate black and gay people.

Many of those same people will soon be rushing to defend Smollet soon.

The template will be "just because it didn't happen THIS time, doesn't mean it isn't happening 10,000 other times, every single day!"

They'll then praise Smollet for "using his platform to make us aware of this".
