Haha I’m in Arlington and was just texting with a friend and we were both wondering the same thing…if it were earlier, I would totally go back to sleep.

I gave my kiddo milk and tried to get him back to sleep. But I’m still awake! Ugh! The cortisol is keeping me up.

I didn’t get the phone alert, and alerts are on. Makes me nervous.

Sounded like it was right over our house.

Storm rolled through the Baltimore area around 4:30am. Rest of my family slept right through

Del Ray here.

Huh, we don't seem to have gotten much rain. Unlike the storm 10 days ago where we got pummeled with 5" of rain in an hour, I enjoyed this one - the lightning and thunder were very cool.

The storm woke me up too. Was that the worst of it or will we get something similar today also? Trying to decide if it’ll be safe to drive home from work today.

Ugh. Earlier 22180 PP.

Watch the weather closely. Storms are to pick up early evening. Rain all day.

It lasted just under an hour in Olney. Noisy for 40 minutes. NBD.

How bad will the around-2pm second wave be? Trying to decide if it’s worth sending them to daycare or not.
