The Cookie and Kate potato salad looks great. And I’m one of the potato salad/any mayo salad hater.

Do not bring one with Mayo even if they like it. It is for their own good.

I love potato salad with Mayo but only if I’m eating it at home. I wouldn’t take it to an outdoor event in summer and wouldn’t partake if someone else brought it.

I don’t know about German potato salad, the cookie and Kate one is olive oil, lemons juice, herbs, mustard whipped into an emulsion
