It's two days from now. It'll keep if you make it today or tomorrow. |
Throw in the trash and serve something else. |
Good grief. Mayo doesn't cause food illness. |
Found a recipe: chop celery and leaves, onion, dill, and chives. Works wonders. |
| Japanese potato salad at HMart is pretty good. |
Yes. Get takeout potato salad from Red Hot & Blue in Fairfax City. If Whole Foods still makes it, their red bliss potato salad is usually pretty good (get it from the counter, not the prepackaged stuff). Liberty BBQ in Falls Church is another good take-out option. |

Now I'm craving some for sure. |
and throw in some finely mushed up hard boiled eggs too! |
| Red, Hot and Blue all the way. Just call and they will have it ready for pickup. |
| Wasn't there a huge DCUM thread asking if potato salad was low class? Classic. |
| I like German potato salad. No mayo to worry about when it’s hot outdoors. I follow Dave Hagerdon’s recipe on WaPo and add bacon. |
| I like giant and Safeway's potato salad. Tastes to me like … potato salad. Don't act like homemade potato salad is something awesome. It’s a bland food. No need to overthink. Devils egg varieties have more flavor. |

German potato salad is sooooo good. I was never interested in making potato salad until once I was assigned to make it and I had so much fun. I used horseradish in it and it was so good. Now I’m a big fan of making it. If I didn’t have time and really needed it I would get it from a restaurant but I don’t think I’d buy it from a grocery store. |
