When he couldn't locate the baby I think he thought maybe child services came and took the baby. Which leads me to believe that she lied to him and said she woke up and the baby was gone.

If you read her court documents, the descriptive parts, and then read the fb, it follows along. It's original research.

She was given a fair shake by the DC court system and was given access to loads of rehabilitative services. She often feels overwhelmed with care taking but I don't think that factored into the baby's death. Ironically she went to get her tubes tied in 2016 but the doctor had an emergency that day & put her off. I don't think she went back. Word to the wise: When someone has 5 kids, make it an easy operation to get. There should be no hoops to jump through.

She can go to jail but it's still not going to bring that baby back. We know he's dead because she said he wasn't breathing before she threw him away. I hope her other children are being cared for. There are 3 young ones. Oldest, the son is in jail and the oldest daughter has a child herself so probably on her own.

I can't tell how old she was when she had the first. News reports say she's 37 and the daughter was a HS senior in 2018 and the son was either 20 or 21 then too so was she 14 or 15 years old??? Jeez.

Who was the lady? None of it made sense. It sounds like there were abuse/neglect allegations and it was child welfare. But, why didn't they look at the child? Why wouldn't you call 911? Why aren't they in jail?

I am 100000 behind this. Better for the adults involved, and most certainly better for society on multiple levels.

The stickier wicket is making a judgement about whether it is better to never have been born than to be born to ignorant, negligent, abusive "parents"... it's hard to imagine that no life at all is preferable to a person than a difficult, troubled one.

Heard it on WTOP. Announcer said she sent a text to baby's father telling him she didn't want to raise the baby and she wanted him to take the child. Next day the father realizes baby is not around and makes the call that got investigation started. Maybe the baby is still alive after all?

That’s a very Catholic attitude about contraception. Sperm and eggs are “pre-life” and it’s okay if you don’t them form a zygote. Nothing is lost.

There is no physical evidence of foul play, so still other possibilities unless she confesses?

But she confessed on video to her baby not breathing & how she threw his body into the dumpster. Then she was seen on the apartment camera throwing something away that looked like the baby and the car seat.

I'm missing why this is a no bail case for tampering with evidence. The evidence is her dead baby. If I shop lift a shirt at Macy's, I am going to get in more trouble.
