Heard it on WTOP.  Announcer said she sent a text to baby's father telling him she didn't want to raise the baby and she wanted him to take the child.  Next day the father realizes baby is not around and makes the call that got investigation started.  Maybe the baby is still alive after all?[/quote]

Wait she’s only charged with tampering with evidence and is released on bail?  After admitting to dumping her baby’s body?  Can someone in the legal system please explain this to me because this seems way too lenient.  Like she can just go about her day while this poor child is in a landfill?[/quote]
There is no physical evidence of foul play, so still other possibilities unless she confesses?[/quote]
