That happened in the Bay Area, CA, over a decade ago. Tragic accident; not racist.

I'm not sure I follow. Are you saying the cops are pulling poor black women over for minor traffic violations AND DEMAND THE WOMEN STRIP RIGHT THERE ON THE SIDE OF THE ROAD? Man, it's worth it to have some sort of video recording so that you can sue the PD from here to kingdom come, and to provide footage to the local news stations too. I hope I misread your comment, but suspect this is exactly what you're saying.
