Matched at Eaton for grade 4.
WL #3 or below for Lafayette, Janney, Shepherd, Hearst, Murch. Was not expecting this - currently at a charter. |
Based on my very anecdotal but also pretty large survey of L-W IB families for PK3, I don’t think you will get in unless there are pandemic shenanigans (like L-T announce 2-day-a-week hybrid or some other plan that will be unworkable to some families). This years PK3 cohort is big. But! Apple Tree OK Ave is perfectly good for PK and you are guaranteed L-W for K. It will be okay! |
Wow, you had a great number! |

Full list (following up on previous post):
K3 LAMB SD- 17 Yu Ying- 49 Stokes (Spanish)- 34 Lee- 16 Mundo Verde-29 Feeling optimistic-ish with LAMB and Lee. Maybe even Mundo Verde. |
but...but...what if it's half a block away from us, will that help? I saw the waitlist moved 12 spots for PreK3 last year and was hoping that we stood some kind of chance. |

Struck out for Basis and Latin fifth grade.
Unless lists move over 100 spaces, looks like we're staying at IB. |
In at Latin for 5th with no sibling waitlist. |
Sibling preference. |

PK4:
#3 at Thomson #7 at MV Cook #24 Capitol Hill Montessori #31 at Marie Reed, English #32 at LAMB, Kinsbury #51 at Marie Reed, DL #89 at Oyster These numbers are WAY better than last year’s, but this system is so foreign to me. Any help managing my expectations would be much appreciated. |
Our DC got into Basis 5th last year with an original waitlist of #130. So there is hope... |
| PK3 SWS !!! |
| Banneker!! My son is relieved and thrilled. I’m so excited for him. IB is the best. |
