I believe in taking care of myself and a balanced diet and rigorous exercise routine. In the morning if my face is a little puffy I'll put on an ice pack while doing stomach crunches. I can do 1000 now. After I remove the ice pack I use a deep pore cleanser lotion. In the shower I use a water activated gel cleanser, then a honey almond body scrub, and on the face an exfoliating gel scrub. Then I apply an herb-mint facial mask which I leave on for 10 minutes while I prepare the rest of my routine. I always use an after shave lotion with little or no alcohol, because alcohol dries your face out and makes you look older. Then moisturizer, then an anti-aging eye balm followed by a final moisturizing protective lotion.

6 days a week:

HIIT 25-30 mins (before logging on to work)
Walk 2-3 miles (walk the dog after work)

WFH makes this much easier. FWIW I have one elementary school child and I’ve middle school child, both still distance learning.

I bought a few weights at the beginning of the pandemic - hand weights, then a barbell and some small plates. Then I laid claim to a section of the basement/playroom and threaten with pain of garbage can toys that are in my little space for working out. I do strength training twice a week, I run twice a week, and do an ab thing once a week, each about an hour or so.

I work out every day. However 2 days a week are usually recovery days. Today was one and I did a 30 min Peloton ride and a 30 min yoga. I do a run or hike 5 days a week, and weights 3-4 days a week. I have a home gym and work out anywhere from 60-120 min a day. All kids are at in person school.

Right. No one asked for their skincare regimen. Weird.

30-60 minutes/day. I don't consider walking as a "workout" because my heart rate barely cracks 100, and it burns next to no calories for me.

Workout is 30-45 mins run or peloton 7 days per week plus walking dog weather pending 1-5 miles and weights 2-4 days per week depending on day and time available. I try to get 15,000 steps in no matter what and sometimes take conference calls while walking if I don’t need to be ‘on’. Warmer weather is helping get my average up. Winter was about an hour of active exercise per dat but now it is 1.5 - 2 hours per day. Weekends I do weights and yoga or a short (2mile ) run

I frequently see weird posts like this on dcum, but usually there’s a spam link embedded in the text. Maybe they forgot it.
