Weekdays I walk 30-60 minutes during my morning call, and do 30-90 minutes of running and/or HIIT in the evening. On the weekend I do a 90-120 minute long run one day and about an hour of yoga and a hike or walk the other day.

1-1.5, but not every day.

Either Orange theory or a run with a peloton workout after.

Run one hour per day minimum. Strength and core workout 3x45 and 3x15 mins per week. Walk 30 mins a few times per week depending on the weather.

I try not to do more than an hour.

I aim for more than 20 minutes 6 days a week.

Usually 1-1.5 hours one weekend day. Some days only 20. Most days probably 30.

2 hours that includes 1 hr of cardio (bike/ run), a yoga/ pilates/ barre session, strength, and stretch. Pre-covid, it was a little over an hour but I feel as though I need to compensate for the non-moving factor as I am still wfh and will likely go back to a little over an hour when things open up more and I move more. But I will not return to a gym since I purchased all I need this past year.

Right now, I've been taking a 30 minute walk each day, and that's been about it.

I'm starting to add in some strength training for 15 minutes in the morning. But I just started!

50 minute run 2 times per week
45 minutes strength + cardio circuits 2 times per week
