On the girls side, there is already an unwritten alliance. With Nadir coaching at McLean & Herndon (and MSI), there has been plenty of movement between the clubs. As they on different carding systems (USYS/US Club), it is much easier for them to get away with the movement and remain under the radar from the governing leagues.
