All of the recent DOD political appointees are hacks. They had a solid group of technocrats, and dumped them for being 'disloyalists.' There is no-one left who's qualified to be running the show, except maybe Norquist, but he has no power now. It's unsettling. |

He either really believes he won and so he is surrounding himself with "yes" sychophant men, or he knows it's a lost cause but it's basically his version of "cancel culture". Either way, I'm so glad he lost. We need a sane, real leader in the WH. We just need to tough it out for another six or seven weeks. |
