Show of hands! Who thinks Tiger's wife was beating him with a golf club and the crash was staged?

The Swedish chick is average? This isn't Stockholm. It's DC. Have you taken a statistical sample of what's walking the streets around here? Puh-leeeeze. I think she's very attractive. She's a former model. By suburban Target store standards, she's not a 10; she's a 30.

That's what you get for marrying a jerk like that...I remember reading an anecdote about him from his Stanford days...His friends said he was very cheap and never paid his way for anything. Those little things are telling!

| He has admitted cheating. It's sad. I can't blame Elin. (And yes, I think she is extremely pretty) Home alone a lot with two little ones and he goes of and cheats. I hear the golf pro circuit is insane that way, but I was hoping Tiger was one of the "good guys" Darn it. |

Since when does having a pretty wife/girlfriend at home stop a guy from cheating. Some of the most beautiful women (Halley Berry comes to mind) in the world have had men betray them and threat them badly. We do not know what goes on at Tiger's home. He has a wife (I too think that she is beautiful) who is staying at home with two young children while he is on the road. This does not make it ok to cheat but is certainly makes it a lot easier and I for one an not the least bit surprised or shocked by the affairs. I am more surprised by his choices, given that his name is his brand I would think that he would have choosen women who were a little less skanky and a bit more discrete, that is, not turn over text messages and emails to the tabloids.
Tiger can claim that this is a private matter all he wants but fact is he is a public figure and all he does is and should be subject to public scrutiny. I wish him all the best in the coming storm. |

Apparently. I just read "Tiger's" admission of "transgressions" and realized he's just like all the others, the typical DC Urban Dad poster above included. I'm not sure how to advise my daughter, but the ability to underscore her point by brandishing metal clubs seems like it could become a useful life skill. |
