Show of hands! Who thinks Tiger's wife was beating him with a golf club and the crash was staged?

Anonymous
Someone I know who used to work at a non-profit organization for domestic violence victims told me that about 25% of victims are men. The numbers could actually be higher but many incidents go unreported because of society's misunderstanding of male victims and the shame that goes along with being a victim.

He's just a flesh and blood person after all. What did Chris Rock say - a man is only as faithful as his options? Tiger has a lot of options....

We're quoting Chris Rock on marital issues now? That's rich.

My husband is a hot, charismatic college professor, with sweet uninhibited young things flinging themselves at him at least once a semester. Talk about options. Guess I should pack my bags, hm?

What subject does he teach because I've never seen this combo?

LOL. But so true. I've found it's usuallyself-delusions of grandeur and beauty. But I did have a professor who got whistles every single time she, yes, she, walked into the auditorium. Whistles even when she was very pregnant.

Seriously? Never had a hot charismatic professor? Weird. My number one crush in college was an econ prof. We had a lot of yummies on my campus.

I haven't read all the replies here, so sorry if I'm repeating something here. But when I googled this woman, I was shocked to see that I recognized her: she was one of the most prominent and tragic faces of September 11th. Her fiancee worked for Cantor Fitzgerald. She was the girl in the white tank top on the cover of the NY Post and NY Daily News and countless other publications. Since then she has been married/divorced once, engaged many many times, had an affair with the married star of the tv show Bones, and as my friend who knows her said, "destroyed every man she has come into contact with." She has also obviously had breast AND lip enhancement surgeries, which is sad because she used to be pretty but now she's really skanky looking.

I hope Tiger Woods didn't have anything to do with her. I feel sorry for his wife, who read the tabloid reports and has two children under two and probably freaked out. And I don't think any of it is any of our business. Honestly. If I heard that my husband was cheating on me right after I gave birth to my second baby, I would probably go after him with a golf club too!

I don't think the crash was staged, however. She went after him, he pulled out and crashed. Then they staged getting him out of the car. The window was probably already smashed by her. And I don't blame her ONE BIT.

Please. I had at least two professors when I was in college who married (their own) former students. A prof has endless access to eager young women, whether before they graduate, or just immediately after. Heck, I knew one gal who transferred so that she could sleep with our ConLaw professor.

Yuck. Were the professors married at the time? Wonder if it would be the same if they felt pressured to trade sex for grades like in some countries where a few women are extremely lucky to have made it to college and all professors are men.

Agree. Plus you wouldn't find me sleeping with some old guy while I was in college. Especially someone who had such limited EVERYTHING especially earning potential. And old middle class guy. Yuck.

I would bet the critics of Elin are NOT blonde - just a guess!

I'm the one who said I think Elin is a generic blonde-- and I AM blonde. I don't think my blonde hair makes me inherently prettier or less pretty than any non-blonde.

If Elin is worried about Tiger's fidelity, maybe she could consider traveling with him. I believe Linda McCartney did that with Paul because she knew there were a lot of women eager to replace her. I heard that, except for one time, they spent every night together.

Yeah, I'm sure it would be great dragging their two young children on the road for months at a time for golf tournaments. How about if Tiger just honors his marital vows?

How on earth do you KNOW he doesn't? How about not speculating about what's going on in another persons life that you don't know and only have overblown media reports to go by? Now there's a novel concept.

The only reason they weren't together that night was because Paul was arrested.

Can we please stop knocking the Woods and get back to knocking the Salahis? After all, who's really asking for it?

I hope Tiger can afford the $164!
