Wow, a person has a normal human reaction and people are all over her. I don't understand. I think she deserved to be given a heads up before the announcement- 15 minutes doesn't count. A day or two.

They've been co-hosts for four years. Professional courtesy would dictate that *all* involved in a dramatic change (like one of two co-hosts leaving the show) would be on board. Transparency is to be expected. If you check out any clips of Strahan discussing Kelly over the past few days, you'll note his guilt. He fucked up, but ABC really fucked up. Not cool.

BUT--I was rightly taught you don't shoot your self in the foot. Revenge is a dish best-served cold. I'd have too much pride to throw a baby-tantrum but I would be diligently working covertly behind the scenes to enact my revenge or leverage up.

Strahan was told to keep it mum--legally. I don't fault him. They were not close off-camera so he had no obligation to tell her. In fact, they were rumored to hate each other. In my business, you don't tell anyone about your plans to leave until everything is nailed down and you are ready to go.
