right! was i the only person not surprised by him permanently going to GMA. when it was first announced that he'd picked up that gig, i just assumed it was only a matter of time before he gave up Live w/Kelly and Michael. |

| No, they announced she'll be out through (at least) Tuesday. Apparently, Thurs and Fri were previously scheduled vacation days for her (they tape Fri's show on Thurs). |

I don't understand why Kelly Ripa is so upset. Is she mad that (1) he didn't tell her first or ask her permission, (2) is she mad that maybe the GMA gig is considered more prestigious and she should have gotten it instead, (3) is she jealous because he is probably going to make more money?
I can understand maybe being hurt not being told first before the news broke in the press, but it's work, not a sorority or high school. Kelly pouting and not showing for work gives women in the work place a bad name IMO, that we are too emotional, etc. If I were her, I would show my professionalism and show up for work, maybe use this as an opportunity to negotiate for more salary, or perks or a say in the next co host. But she's not the boss, so she needs to calm down. |

EXACTLYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYY!! Was he supposed to work on that show until he died? People have a right to move on and make choices they feel is good for their lives. She has the choice to leave the show as well. Damn! |
