I'm the person that posted this. Yes, it's clear she's not there but I wasn't sure if she had a scheduled day off. TMZ indicates it was a no-show as opposed to a scheduled day off.

It's more of an internal move from one department to another, not even all that shocking since he was part time anyways.

I like Michael, he's a hardworker and seems so genuine. Owns up to his marital mistakes, etc. Either he is a happy, positive person all around, or he has great stage presence that promotes it whether he's feeling it or not.

The article makes it sound like her bosses are screwing her over. Probably easy to go into an office and hide for the day but harder to show up with a smile, although I agree she should give it a shot tomorrow.
