Michael Strahan leaving Live to go full time on GMA

It's been almost a year and they still don't have a permanent replacement. Anyone know what's going on with the search? I don't get to see it often but am watching now and Jason Derulo is the guest host.

Me neither. I always thought he seemed a little rude on Live, cutting off Kelly and guests awkwardly.

It won't be Andy or Anderson, they would never play second fiddle when they have their own shows.

The previously unknown teacher who won a cohosting contest is good. They have chemistry and he's been asked back many times. Plus he wouldn't be a threat to Kelly.

Michael Strahan seems like an ass. Watch him on gma when they do touchy feely segments. Everyone else smiles, cries or claps...and he doesn't!

His move there made me stop watching GMA, and I love George! But I just can't stand him. CBS Morning News is so much better anyway it turns out.

In general women just aren't risk takers. Michael is a risk taker. He started out at Live with Kelly on a $10 million a year salary. GMA took him up to $17 million. Now GMA Day will take him to $20 million.

Meanwhile Kelly was making $15 million, now increased to $18 million, and has been doing broadcasting for 25 years. Think what she could have been making by hopping around.
