My usual order is:

1 (or 2) sweet potato tempura rolls with cream cheese
1 California Roll
1 Salmon Roll
2 (or 3) Salmon hand rolls
1 Shrimps tempura roll. Gotta luv them shrimps.

NP here. I was going to say around 8-10.

I am 5'4" tall, 50 yr old married woman who weighs 125 pounds.

There is absolutely no way that you eat 8-10 full rolls (6 pieces each - so up to 60 pieces) at a place that sells gigantic Americanized cream cheese stuffed rice balls like yoyogi. Check out the pictures on yelp! These are not dainty.

Do it regularly. Several times a month at least. Sometimes several times a week.

You eat 2x what Big Boy eats and you do it several times a week? Wowzers!

Waves wildly at Big Boy.

When not eating sushi, what/how much do you usually eat?

I'm 5'4 165 and I love sushi and if I ate like you I would be another 40lbs heavier than you than I already I am. I want to pout and stomp my feet, metabolism is no fair.

I'm pretty sure the pp did not look at the link to the actual pictures of big boy's sushi.

I went to a business lunch at a sushi place with Big Boy.

You better believe I left hungry. I don't think I got more than 3 pieces off a 100-piece platter.

I am pretty small and eat at least 3 rolls. Usually a tuna, salmon, and a veggie roll. Sometimes an extra tuna roll.

Typically during the work week, I have a buttered bagel and fruit for breakfast

A sandwich (usually turkey, tuna, occasionally corned beef or some other thing. Very rarely I'll run out of my office and buy lunch, when I do, I usually head to Whole Foods, etc), some fruit, and a small piece of candy.

Dinner usually sees some pasta or rice, a small piece of chicken, turkey or fish and usually a large salad. Some desert, sometimes no desert.

Weekends:
I generally eat no breakfast

I'm a sucker for Asian food so I'll generally head to one of my favorite places, a very select few. Sometimes no Asian. Sometimes I'll hit up Fish Taco, Corned Beef King or another place for lunch.

Generally same dinner as a weekday.

Are you sure you're not confusing individual pieces with whole rolls?

No, I'm not. I'm talking 6 piece rolls on each of those. I need at least 35 individual pieces to fill me up. I'm a big boy.

You have the cause & effect confused--you are a "big boy" because you eat so much.

Let's all take Big Boy out for sushi!

All very reasonable! Just like sushi, I guess?

I'm shocked by the "big boy." Not only is that a ton of sushi, it is a ton of fat, cream, fried foods, etc.

Sorry but not sorry you are "shocked". There really isn't a ton of fat, cream, fried foods, etc.

Raw fish is very healthy - nothing unhealthy with my salmon hand rolls and salmon rolls. It is probably much healthier to eat raw than cooked with oil, butter, etc.

There is a little warm cream cheese in my sweet potatoe rolls. Yes, this is probably the most unhealthy roll I get as the potatoe is lightly crisped. I almost always get one, unless I'm feeling like a pig.

The California roll is also very healthy. Crab meat, rice, seaweed. Very healthy. Lovely.

The shrimps tempura. Sure the shrimps are fried but in reality, there are very little amounts of shrimps in each piece of that 6 piece beauty.

You say that, but there is a TON of sugar in all the sauces. So in fact there are a lot of empty calories.

They add sugar to the rice, too. It's often a very high glycemic index food. When I had gestational diabetes and just getting the hang of the diet, I had 1 roll and removed much of the rice, along with a handful of nuts, and my blood sugar went high.
