I am not impressed. You guys missed out on some good times!

Along with probably a lot of STDs and emotional trauma! I'm not one of them who waited, but I do admire them very much, especially the ones who waited until marriage or at least until the one they ended up marrying. There's something special about giving yourself completely to each other and nobody else.

LOL get real Pollyanna. STDs wash off. A weird, sweaty, nervous, half limp10 second exchange on your wedding night does not.

OP here.
Why is there always one who has to derail these threads?

Why does it bother you so much when someone decided to have sex? If they are happy what's it to you?

Because insecure people have to make other people smaller to feel better about their own choices.

Perhaps, the opportunity did not present itself, they wanted to make sure it was the right person, they were worried about parents, stressed about STDs, did not feel like it.

Not everyone has sex as early as you did, and that is totally normal. In fact, I'd guess you are in the minority.

Did the poster even say how old they were when they had sex? Keep on guessing that anyone who had sex at a different time than you was in the minoirty if it makes you feel good. Why would you care either way now?

She was 14, I was 15. We dated off and on through HS. And then we hooked up at our 20th HS reunion (neither of our spouses came to the reunion).

We're FB friends now but don't have any regular communication (we both know that would be trouble). But, I'm looking for to the 30th reunion in a couple of years!
