I think they took the YY wait list down. I checked it about a week ago and it had recently moved one spot for PS3. But now the WL has disappeared on their site as far as I can tell.

We gave up a PK4 spot at LAMB about 2 weeks ago. We have moved out of state otherwise we would still be there.

This thread is pretty sparsely populated. Wondering if the predictions of less "shuffle" this year is true. It seems so?

Shuffle clearly has declined with the new process.

I would agree with a previous poster that the shuffle will become more helpful in future years once posters care less about remaining anonymous and can post I was offered x, also y, and accepted z.

We, in the PK3 category had what we assume now was a "top 50%" number. We have through the summer been offered spaces in 4 lottery and 1 non-lottery school. So something is moving.

Just got a call from YY about the PK4 spot we gave up in May. They had my DS assigned to a class (she was calling to find out why DS was absent today) and his sibling still on the wait list with a high # for K. This should move the list for those interested.

Brent moved 2 spots for their mixed 3 and 4 year old classes last Friday.
