How did everyone's June go? I'm feeling pretty content with baby moving, passing my GD test and finalizing paint colours.

Has everyone got all their "stuff".

I've ordered nursery furniture, painted the room, and made some registries. I've got some clothes, but not a lot. I'm going to wait until after the baby shower to see what else to buy.

We haven't got a lot, yet either. Building the registry may be my rainy 4th of July activity. Did you do a crib / playpen / bassinet (all of them?)? I need to look at those a bit more. - LidaRose

Hey Ladies:

Lola here. I just read the last page when we were at 20 weeks and half baked. I for one look fully baked. All is well for me. 20 week scan was fine, confirmed girl (Maternity 21 at 11 weeks gave sex). We've started to convert house for new arrival which means moving guest room and building out nursery. #1 keeps playing with everything in it. We let him...hope he gets it out of his system.

We are going on a pre-schooler babymoon this weekend: Dutch Wonderland, hotel with pool and petting zoo/farm type thing. HOpe it's fun. I also got a new car! Old car is 17 yrs old. LOVE NEW Car!

Downside: MY TailBone HURTS LIKE HECK! and I have major reflex and lots of braxton hicks still but all in all, it's fine except for when those things keep me from sleeping. Those symptoms are fine. Not sleeping is not fine!

I look forward to more check-ins.

Hello Ladies,

I hope that you all had great vacations and are doing well.
With just a few weeks to go, we realized it was time to get ready and had a busy weekend figuring out what we have and what we need...

Are you ready to meet your little ones? or maybe you already have?

I'm 34 weeks now and I'm SO READY for this baby to get here, even though I know I've got several more weeks. I'm so uncomfortable. DH and I have a name picked out, we both love it. The room is almost done but the furniture still hasn't arrived, which is kind of scary.

I'm 36 weeks and so excited to meet my little guy. I've been very lucky -- I'm still fairly comfortable. I have some back issues, but its manageable. Don't have much more to do, preparation-wise. Just waiting now. But we haven't picked out a name. We've narrowed it down to four, but we're having trouble pulling the trigger and deciding. Good luck to everyone.

S. , I wouldn't worry too much about the furniture. The baby will presumably stay a few weeks in your room anyway...

Hey all:

I"M doing better now that earlier. This is Lola and I"ve posted a lot of Braxton Hicks threads b/c they plagued me earlier. Oddly enough, they have either calmed down or I have learned to manage them.

When are we 9 months pregnant? I am 35 weeks, one-month out. Now?

The entire pregnancy dating thing is confusing to me.

We've started the nursery but this is our second so it was all there...just had to be arranged. I also did a LOT of laundry. Because of the BH, I think this one is coming early but that might simply be wishful thinking.

Hi Lola, I'm just 35 wk too. I thought that 9 months is when the baby comes and that we would be 8 mo pregnant but I'm not sure....

You remind me that I need to do the laundry this weekend.

We have a few possible names that we like now, so I feel that we're fine: we could pick at the hospital.

Getting there...
