19:18 here. Guess he incited so much vitriol in me that I never tuned in again...so not worth it when there are others to enjoy! Haven't seen Alton, will check him out. |
She's also a ruthless businesswoman, or at least that's what I picked up from her biography special on Food Network. I know it's silly to pile on with the Jeffrey stuff, but I just can't help myself, so.... did anyone else think it was half preposterous/half ridiculous when Jeffrey gave her store-bought brownies as an anniversary gift? I kept thinking, "Is there a diamond hidden in those brownies?" Nope, there isn't. But the good news is that he has arranged for them to sleep in a tent in their (admittedly stunning in every way) backyard for the night. Hmm, I think I might be mixing up plot lines. But seriously, the interplay between those two is just bizarre. |

Who is the hot chef who is tall and blonde, I think he has an accent and meets people in the grocery store and goes home with them to cook a great meal?
I LOVE him! He was on Nate Berkus and Nate could hardly contain himself, I swear he was blushing So hot |
Was that Curtis Stone's old show? He hosts other shows now. |
| Oh sorry, I don't watch much tv lately but he was really cute on the Nate show, not sure why I was watching that day, his personality was what made him cute |
Oh I had forgotten about her. I often wondered how she was even able to get a show. Her "cooking" is crap. Is she still dating Andrew Cuomo? I like Martha Stewart, easy recipes. Not as a person though. She seems scary and I hear that is her reputation. I also don't like that really fat and bald judges on the show with Gordon Ramsey. |
|
agree, I hate his show to the point that if it comes on I race for the remote to change the channel-I am not entirely sure why but I just don't like him. He doesn't bother me as much on Minute to Win It but maybe bc I am watching with my kids and are distracted a bit more. I don't like Rachel Ray either. Agree with previous comments on Ina, her recipes really are good. I have all of Nigella's books too. |

The only chef on the Food Network that isn't a hot mess is Ina. I love her recipes. Her store in the Hamptons was great. She kicks Martha's ass, IMO. She doesn't have any kids, let her dote on Jefferey.
I like Ree Drummond's blog. She is funny. Rachel Ray, talk about a ten head. Zip it, lady. Giada, rumored to be a blow job queen, likes rock stars. Her food actually looks appetizing but I doubt she eats anything but plain arugula. Paula Deen: people really eat that way? Emeril, Sandra Lee, Guy Fieri: feeding people in the 9th circle of hell. I love Gordon Ramsay, Bourdain (although he never cooks on his shows), Batalli, Ruth Reichl. |
Agree |
| I don't mind Gordon Ramsey but agree with PP about the other two guys on his show. I can't watch that show because of those two guys--they sicken me. |
| I used to really not like Anne Burrell. But then I saw her on The Next Iron Chef (Food Network's version of Top Chef) and gained a lot of respect for her because she really can cook. |
OMG I KNOW! She said something like "I would hate to be in a relationship that's WORK. Jeffrey and I just have fun together." Um, ok - easier to do when you are insanely rich and childless. I love her but that was really annoying. |
|
I cannot look at Giada without thinking bulimia.
I'm southern, so I think Paula Deen is probably one of those women who waits until someone's back is turned and immediately says, "Bless his heart . . . [insert insult here]." |
| I can't believe nobody has mentioned Robert Irvine. I can't stand his personality, and his overly muscular physique is weird and hard to look at. Additionally, he also lied about all of his credentials to get on the Food Network. |
