Op, is there much coming and going from the house?

My first thought was meth lab but maybe just because they’re somewhat prevalent where I’m from.

I’d call the police and ask them to do a welfare check. Then you can at least cross imprisoned women off your list of things to worry about.

There was one like this in our neighborhood and they were filming pornogrphic movies there. Just like a regular house in the suburbs too.

No it’s not ethical to call the police on someone just because they act differently than you do. Only call the police if you suspect a specific crime please. You can cause innocent people a lot of problems by calling the cops for reasons that are based on your own personal ignorance.
