Suspicious House

There is a suspicious looking house in my neighborhood, but I don't know who to call. The house is in good condition on the exterior. Grass is mowed. Every windows including the ones around the front door have black shades that are never up. Every window is black. There are several professional looking security cameras. Cars park around back out of site of the street. People must enter through the back door, never seen the front door open. There is a middle eastern looking man in late 40s who may be the owner and I've seen him for years. Other men come and go, often quickly, maybe delivery people.

In my imagination I fear that there are women imprisoned in this black hole of a house or they are doing something illegal. Should I report it? Who to call?

I assume a professional lawn care service does the grass. There is no garage or shed visible to store a mower.

Men coming and going quickly? Sounds like Doordash. Turn them in for non-competitive business practices.

Try the non emergency police line. They might swing by and give it a look.

Look up the address in the state tax records database. Also google to address to see if gives you any hits (is there an online business that uses this address?). Google the owner (which the tax database will provide). If ownership is not personally identifiable (owned by a random trust or company/LLC it's likely a front.
