The Wired article said this crazy lady is on her 9th lawyer (and 6th live in nanny.) she said people see her profile and assume she can pay but she’s racked up nearly a million dollars in legal bills and is in arrears at least 200k to one.

The intended parent sounds like she’s having a manic episode (she’s diagnosed bipolar) and has decided to ruin the life of her surrogate for having a stillbirth (bipolar lady’s second surrogate had similar problems with placental issues leading the author to suggest that some of them were related to the parents’ genetic material.)

No she is not. She's represented by Doug Rochen, a plaintiff's lawyer who took the case on a contingency fee. And I will guarantee you that the case will never go anywhere because in order for it to go anywhere Rochen knows that he needs the surrogate dropped as a defendant so that he can call her as a witness so that he can effectively go after the hospital - because that's where the money is. And Bi is never going to agree to that.

The surrogate's ex husband was still on her lease, plenty of people have been in that situation. Cindy breached the contract and went off her meds.
