The school has become less interested in athletics.

Does Holy Child have a good team all of a sudden?

How has the announcement of Visi HC gone silent. What an awful hire. Visi totally mailed that in

You want to post your resume????

Quick search shows that she has over 10 years of experience and has been a head coach for a few high schools.

It’s going to be a great season for all the schools with some great competition and a lot of fun for this class of 2026. There are a lot of D1 recruits on all these teams and a lot of good players coming up the ranks. We should all feel good for the whole DMV area having so many good teams and so many talented players, and let’s wish the best to all. We are very lucky to live here with such great competition versus areas like the Midwest or South. Not only have I enjoyed watching my own daughter play, but I’ve also really enjoyed watching the other players over the years at competing rival schools. Let’s all remember we are a lacrosse family.

I'm going to support this positive post wholeheartedly. Fun 2026 season ahead.

This seems strange considering all of their commited players are going to Ivy or elite public universities like Virginia and Florida.

"Has visi named a coach yet," should be its own topic we get to revisit annually.

That would actually be an interesting topic! I say go for it....

Good for Visi to lock down an internal option and point toward the new season.

This Spring is going to be a good one. 4-5 teams across ISL and WCAC will be very competitive and could rise to the top.

SR and SSSAS probably look strongest on paper, but GC is a perennial power these days.

Visi is likely being underestimated. Potomac lost a lot, but not everything. SJC has a second year with their new coach and lots of returning contributors.

Who has the strongest 2029s? Any contributors expected from this group for the top teams across ISL and WCAC? Haight and KJ don't let Freshman play, of course, but I imagine they could help some of the others.

Can PVI and BI reset and be competitive after losing their top players?
