Michelle is finally getting to live life on her terms. She doesn't need to show up to dead president funerals where she has to sit next to traitors and make nice. That life includes Barack and they have a beautiful new home in Hawaii to enjoy together.

They were rumors because she didn’t attend several public events with him. Listen to the podcast with her this week, it’s actually pretty funny that people assume because she made her own decision to not attend that they’re divorcing. They are finally at a point in their marriage and life where she can make that decision and not have to do “the right thing” for the media. I think she's hurt her own reputation by not attending those events. It wasn't just the "right thing" in the eyes of the media, but the right thing for the country. Americans expect all the former presidents and first ladies to show up and support our democracy at state funerals and inaugurations.
