This is why USAID is important. Russia/Iran/China provide aid to terrorist groups who in turn provide it to the civilians surrounding them. The civilians don’t necessarily support them, but they are the ones feeding them and providing some medical aid. If we don’t do the same then more terrorist groups will form in other countries. |
Yes, blackmail always works for peace. |
What incursions? The IDF doesn’t go on any incursions even on 10/7 to save their own people. Israel only is an air force army. Zero ground game |
This aid to Israel is unconstitutional. We are favoring one religion over all others. |
Assign blame where blame is due; you know full well that Hamas revels in the civilian deaths, and uses the deaths as a ploy and actually causes many of them. The civilian deaths are indeed tragic, but sadly, they are part of Hamas’s playbook. |
Hamas needs to release the hostages and surrender. |
If they did, what do you think the response would be? |
So file a lawsuit and see how far you get with that argument. |
That cause for the war would disappear. After that, it depends on who peaceful or belligerent the territory remains. |
The war is a just war, and the Palestinian deaths are the foreseeable and preventable consequence of Hamas aggression and unwillingness to surrender. In WWII did the allies stop and call it a day after some magic number of civilians had been killed? No, they stopped when the enemies surrendered and were rendered completely incapable of further aggression. The Axis powers have ever since been peaceful. The lesson here for Hamas and the Palestinians is clear - release the hostages and surrender. Or keep mewling about nakbas, keep launching periodic terror attacks, and keep sustaining losses which could have been avoided with a pragmatic acceptance of the reality on the ground. |
Comparing Hamas with the Axis / Nazis is appropriate and on-point because both Hamas (a designated terrorist organization) and the Nazis are/were determined to annihilate the Jewish people and erase their existence. Israel’s war against Hamas terrorism is indeed a just and noble war. Let’s hope for a total and complete Israeli victory. |
+1. The sooner the better, as the killing will stop once the casus belli (Hamas and their ilk) has been removed. |
Sure. The IDF does not have the competency or ability to take out Hamas. Israel needs to surrender land and repay the US. The bill just keep getting bigger. The US has no strategic interest in Israel. |
Israel has a right to defend itself, and that includes strategically breaking ceasefires. |
