Russia/Iran/China provide aid to terrorist groups who in turn provide it to the civilians surrounding them. The civilians don’t necessarily support them, but they are the ones feeding them and providing some medical aid. If we don’t do the same then more terrorist groups will form in other countries.[/quote]
