PP, you do not know what happens at these practices. I do and wouldn’t touch it for any price.

Here's your new ECNL or rather 2nd tier league for MoCo.

So does this mean DCSC RL teams will not compete against MD but against these teams? Or is the DCSC EL experiment a one and done thing?
I don't know, but I would bet they would move here. Playing a fall season when everyone is playing high school soccer is detrimental. |
Lol, all that new ecnl team hype.
Ok… definitely a letdown.
The point wasn’t for another 2nd tier league. It was the need for another 1st tier option outside of Bethesda.
There's not enough girls to play at that high level. Also, look at Virginia. There's one ECNL badge per county. |
Somehow in VA you have VDA, Arlington, Union all right there. In MD, you have to go to Baltimore to find another team option. If you took the top 5 players from the 2nd teams, Potomac, or the bench players for PPA, you would have a real team. Easily 18 girls.
The bench players from PPA? You keep mentioning PPA… I’m sorry but they are not ECNL level. Maybe, just maybe ECRL. If you took the best from all of those teams, you could have a good RL team. But certainly not a team to compete with the starters of an ecnl team.
How is this any different from mid tier EDP?
PPA 2010 girls looked good against Bethesda ECNL at Bethesda Cup (1x1), but that was the only game I watched them play.
Yeah, I only know 2010 and some 2009. They are very good.
Wait so Potomac is LEAVING ECNL to join this league or elevating one of their EDP teams to play in this league - and keeping ECNL and ECNL-RL teams?
Sorry meant to add for boys
